I just found out about The Ultimate Blog Party from my new friend Sara of Periwinkle Papillon and I thought— I like blogging! I like parties! And I don't have to leave my house? AWESOME.
Here's what you need to know about Mommy Shorts…
• My name's Ilana. My husband is Mike. And that's Mazzy, my adorable 15 month old pictured up top. If you'd like to know the origin behind her name (as people often do), click here. We live in an apartment that is quickly becoming too small for us in NYC.
• I like to keep my readers involved and give lots of blogger link love. I do this with things like caption contests, fan photo albums, and reader submitted questions to Dr. B. Oh my gosh that underwear chart KILLED me. Ready for TMI? Okay, so the other day I was looking at my undergarments and I said to my husband, “hmm. I think I need to buy new underwear” to which he said, “Yeah, you’re looking a little getto.”
!!!!
So, I tried to remember to buy some more, but I forgot. This happened four times. I forgot to buy underwear four times. This would NEVER had happened when I was single or even childless. Yikes.
Happy ending: I have new undies.
