This past weekend, the girl’s set up their first lemonade stand at a yard sale in Grammy’s condo complex. Not only did they drink a ton of lemonade, they learned a business lesson or two.

On our annual trip to Silver Lake, Mazzy wiped out while tubing, Harlow conquered the bouncy castle and we took a detour to Niagara Falls. Despite photo evidence to the contrary, I swear we had a good time.

Harlow Hates Camp
Being at the summer house is great because it allows the kids to go to a real camp with grass and trees and a pool and stuff. There’s only one problem. Harlow hates camp.

I’m not naive enough to think there will never be a wet bed or an accident, but I’m happy Harlow took her time transitioning out of diapers and got comfortable at her own pace.

I love Spring in NYC with kids. The playgrounds become viable options again, the restaurants spill out onto the sidewalks and the parks come alive with picnickers, musicians and street artists.
