Last year, for April Fool’s Day, I gave Harlow a frozen bowl of cereal for breakfast. She was NOT HAPPY. Mazzy was left unscathed and gave me a big high five to let me know she approved.
This year, with Passover, Easter and April’s Fool’s Day all converging into ONE DAY of awesomeness, I decided Mazzy and Harlow should both have the pleasure of celebrating equally. So, I messed with their egg hunt and give it a special Passover flair.
OMG, they were both SO PISSED. I am officially the worst mother ever.
Don’t worry. Mazzy and Harlow attended three other egg hunts this past weekend. They ate their weight in candy. They are Jewish and do not even celebrate Easter. They are FINE.

OMG! What a mean face at the end. Lol. My sister had a similar time. She filled the eggs with vegetables; cauliflower, broccoli, and celery strips. The kids were NOT amused.
This is gold! I loved the part where Harlow said “This isn’t the Easter I like!” And Mazzy said “Why would you do that to Harlow?” Haha. Mazzy seemed to take it like a champ at least! Great prank, I’m sure in a few years they will definitely pay you back 🙂
This is hilarious!! Good job Ilana 🙂
