I didn't take Mazzy to vote with me. There's a polling station right below our building so Mike and I just took turns running down there first thing in the morning.
If I had taken Mazzy and someone had handed her an "I VOTED" sticker, I bet you any amount of money, she would have handed it back and asked if they had anything in "Dora the Explorer".

They didn’t hand out stickers at my polling place. I took my daughter because she wanted to see what voting was like, and I want to foster the idea that it is very important. But I was kind of sad there was no sticker.
Then they offered her candy. Thanks. As if I don’t have ten pounds of that junk at home from Halloween.
I took one too soon, before I actually voted, and the lady joked with me to put it back.
