Happy Thanksgiving to everyone (and a very happy birthday to me). I am so thankful for the people in my life and that includes every one of you crazy kids who read my ridiculous blog.
May your Thanksgiving be filled with well-behaved children, uncritical mother-in-laws and lots and lots of pecan pie.
And pilgrims. Don't forget the pilgrims.
OH – and to you too!!!
Love that pics of you ladies!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Ilana!!!
Have a lovely day.
Oh, Happy Thanksgiving too!
Happy birthday! Do you get a cake? Or at least a pie with candles?
Happy birthday!! And enjoy your holiday weekend 🙂
Happy Birthday!!
Happy birthday! I hope you have a great day with Mike and Mazzy.
Happy Happy Birthday!
I’m thankful that you are so good at charts and making me laugh.
Happy Birthgiving, Ilana! Next year I’m spending Thanksgiving with you so we can go to the parade. I like sweet potato casserole, FYI.
Ilana, happy, happy birthday you styling’ mofo. I pretty much adore you and that’s your gift from me. I know, it’s priceless.
I love holidays! And birthdays! Happy holibirthday to you!
Happy Birthday to you, Ilana. Although I’m from Canada, I’ll still utter my own thanks: for your musings on the blog and on Twitter, which make me laugh (and less likely to curl up in a ball in my closet).
Happy Birthday Thanksgiving to you! I enjoy your blog very much. Even though I am not technically or any other way a kid! (Maybe at heart).
Same to you! And a Happy Birthday!
Happy birthday Ilana! You can be sure that this day, at least to me, is important ONLY ’cause it’s your birthday 🙂
Have a great time with your family!
I hope you had a wonderful day!
Well, I am not American so can’t participate in Black Friday shopping, and had Canadian aka “real” Thanksgiving in October, and can’t win the latest giveaway (ahem) … but no excuse for not wishing you a Happy Birthday! Hope you celebrated by your hubby being delegated Daddy duty for Thanksgiving dinner so you got to enjoy your meal and at least one drink in peace 🙂
I hope you had a great birthday! xo
Happy Belated birthday to you!!!! Also, I was reading the archives at Mouthy Housewives, which I do now and then, and read your post about handling in-laws – I laughed out loud several times, even though I have read it before, and remembered that is how I found your blog… and have laughed out loud many times since 🙂 Thanks for always putting a smile on my face!
I got a birthday with candles and an assortment of pie. I did good.
Awww…. thanks. I will keep at it then:)
You won’t like MY sweet potato casserole, I’m pretty sure— but I can attempt it anyway.
It is pretty priceless considering how highly I think of you. Your comments make me laugh- every one of them.
I’m happy to keep you out among the living. Happy Canada Day to you! Is that a thing?
I don’t qualify either I suppose. But we can pretend right?
Awesome. Thank you! So glad I got to meet you this year. Hope you are well!
You are not missing ANYTHING with Black Friday. I haven’t participated once. I celebrate by staying as far away from the purchasing public as possible.
Thank you! I loved guest posting for Mouthy Housewives. Hopefully they will ask me again! I promise I won’t advocate placenta mocktails the next time.
Happy birthday! Me too–it always feels weird when it’s on Thanksgiving. Hope it was wonderful.
