Having kids changes your life in many ways you never expected. For instance, it completely destroys your ability to communicate with adults.

Maybe it’s all the repetition, or the fact that you can’t stop using “-ie” on the ends of words to make them cutesy, but you definitely become super annoying to the grown-ups in your life who don’t have kids. Especially at work when you are not supposed to address your boss as “pumpkin,” announce you have to go to the potty, or end a call with “I love you, bye!”  

The video below from Buzzfeed shows just what it would be like if you actually went full mom-mode at the office. Frighteningly enough, it isn’t too hard for working moms to imagine these conversations happening in real life.
