Since this week on Mommy Shorts is all about Walt Disney World, I couldn’t think of a better way to round it out than with a mom parody of one of Disney’s newest hits— Moana.

At this point, pretty much every parent with access to a screen has seen Moana…seven or eight or FIVE BILLION times. On top of being asked to “Watch this, Mommy!” as your kids act out their favorite scenes on couch-cushion boats, you’ve probably been listening to “How Far I’ll Go” and “Where You Are” on endless repeat in the car, forgetting to turn it off until way after you’ve dropped your kids off at school.

My kids have been so obsessed that they’ve moved on from the break out mainstream hits and are now memorizing the words to the darker and more obscure “Shiny.”

If you’re having as hard of a time getting these songs out of your head as I have, you’re in luck! Deva Dalporto of My Life Suckers just released her latest parody song, set to the tune of “You’re Welcome.”

I mean, if we have to listen to the Moana soundtrack on repeat anyway, might as well sing along with mom-approved lyrics! Especially if you agree that parenting can be a pretty thankless job.

You’re welcome.

Now I just have to work on getting Harlow to sing it on video.
