If you are looking for a reason to join Vine, which most of you are probably not, BatDad is your guy. Who is BatDad? Well, from looking at about 50 six second videos, I can discern that he is both a dad and a guy with a Batman mask.
I know, I'm pretty astute.
BatDad also doesn't mind terrorizing his family with a gravelly voice and an iPhone while teaching vaulable lessons like saying thank you and chewing with your mouth closed. It's HILARIOUS to watch in six second clips, but would probably annoy the crap out of me in my own home.
Actually, the Vines with his poor wife Jen are the best part…

Somebody needs to be smacked lol, holy crap that would be so annoying after awhile! Funny, but eventually annoying. I give his wife kudos for not punching him in the throat when he uses it with her! And now I have his voice stuck in my head, thank you very much, which will force me to be do an inner commentary about everything today using that painful voice. Aaaargh!
I used to read Grover’s “There’s A Monster At The End of This Book” in Grover’s voice (sounded damn good too) to the kids and boy would my throat hurt afterwards, can’t imagine doing that all day!
Do you think he wears that mask all the time just in case there’s an opportunity to film something? Questions, I have questions!

Haha..he scares his wife so much. Loved the laundry room scene. And the running for the bus scene. My guy annoys me with random accents but at least he doesn’t wear a mask.
My sons had to see what had me laughing and now the six year old is talking like BatDad and wants a mask. I can hear him bat bossing his brothers now.

My wife showed me this. We’ve been together for 18 years (HS sweethearts) so she knows me…well. I asked her “why would you show me this???”. The sweet woman says “I thought it was funny.” So, I took that permission to become…batdad.
I tried it out on the kids last night…the result: batToddler and batPreschooler. Not to be out down she joined in as batMom. So we are batFamily now…although batBaby doesn’t really join in.
The youngest girl whines constantly. That is not cute.
I don’t know why- but the “Meow.” one just did it for me! And poor Ben will one day be ridiculed when his classmates discover these- can’t you just see them: “BEN. STOP PICKING YOUR NOSE.” in that voice? It would never end! Poor Ben. 🙂
